The Control panel (CP) is the administration and reporting
tool in the WATS system. The primary intention for CP
is to give the users a quick overview of the products
& production, and extract test data in various ways.
Listed is some functionality in WATS CP.
- UUT (Unit Under Test) report. Generate a HTML
report from each single test sequence executed
on an UUT. Basic search inputs such as station
ID (computer name), S/N, P/N, revision, date
and operation type.
- Test step analysis. Enter your search criteria
(P/N, Revision, date (from/to), operation type
etc.) and select a test name from a graphical
interface. A trend graph with numeric test values
and limits, standard deviation, avarage and
a pie chart with step status (passed/failed/error/terminated)
are displayed.
- First Pass Yield. Number of units that make
it through without being reworked. Selected
by P/N, Revision, date (from/to), operation
type etc.)
- SPC (Statistic Process Control) including
e-mail based warning system. Use WATS-CP to
specify which part number(s) to observe. Enter
warning and alarm thresholds and sample size.
(e.g. warning=3% and alarm=5% UUT’s failed
out of the last 100 UUT’s tested) WATS
will then automatically send an e-mail to a
specified address if either an alarm or warning
occurs.
- Basic data export, export selected data/reports
to predefined flat file formats (xml format).
- UUT history. Enter an S/N and P/N and get
full history of all test sequences that have
been executed on that specified UUT (e.g. PCBA
test, burn in test, final function test, part
of unit etc.)
- Manage operation types, repair codes and users/permissions
- Service/repair reports. WATS-CP comes with
a web application for logging services and repairs
executed on an UUT. You can link the repair
report to the test sequence that detected deviation
on the UUT.
